Great product for soothing sensative skin, lightly exfoliating with pieces of oatmeal. Those who have skin conditions such as 

 Directions: Rub the soap directly onto a wash cloth/loofah or hands and get a really good lather, then apply to wet skin. Once you are done washing, you can then rinse off.
